SALES SUPERVISOR

SCOPE OF WORK:

Prospect and approach potential customers: Search for customer information through various channels to promote and build a system of potential clients; proactively contact, introduce products, and persuade customers to purchase products/services (Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals, Gym chains, Spas, etc.).
Customer care for existing clients: Proactively contact customers currently using laundry services to understand their needs, develop good relationships, provide timely support, answer inquiries, and handle customer issues; monitor demands and provide consultation to persuade clients to switch to fabrics distributed by the Company.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement contracts, ensure product quality for clients, and resolve issues arising during contract execution.
Provide reports on customer demands, market trends, competitive activities, and potential new products.
Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management: prepare periodic work reports and participate in meetings with other departments.

2–3 years of experience as a sales representative in companies producing/distributing fabrics or experience in fabric procurement for hotels.
Knowledge of the textile industry is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to other provinces.
Honest, enthusiastic, careful, and responsible in work.
Good English communication skills.
